where is iOS 9 & iPhone 6s update?

Im a loyal costumer to this programe, since long, even before the Phone app.
I upgrada to iPhone 6s and iOS 9, and I upgrade my PC to windows 10, but I found 2 problems:
1) I lost some of my library titles after moving from iPhone 6 to iPhone 6s
2) I could not connect my Phone to PC via WiFi, anymore, knowing that I use to sync. before.
so, what can I do?
